Grow at Your Own Tempo
Stop waiting until you feel “ready.” Do the work that matters now, learn along the way, and give yourself permission to grow at your own pace.
a celta-certified teacher, an acca-part-qualified accountant, a social media manager, a marketer who knows how to automate things using python, selenium, pandas and can develop and deploy a full-stack website like the one you're looking at.
yes, she is - that's the whole point of this website! dive into my thoughts and see the journey from teacher to builder, the messy growth, and the little emotional chaos left behind when you think way too much about everything.
Passion for teaching and continuous efficiency
With the love and qualification to teach, she made it her lifetime mission to learn and digest difficult things, then proceed to teach them in manageable and enjoyable manners. The same amount of work doesn't yield the same amount of bartering power as yesterday — being more efficient incrementally is a standard, not a nice‑to‑have.
CELTA is not only for teaching English
Qualified as a CELTA teacher in 2021, she applied the teaching principles learnt in pretty much everything. From onboarding and consulting clients to teaching colleagues... Excel and Python/Pandas.
Constant learning and updating
Not because she has FOMO (well, maybe a bit), but because she enjoys learning things. Before May 2024, Thi didn't know a line of code. Now, this website was launched full-stack, built upon Next.js, deployed on a VPS with a GitHub workflow. All of which she learnt in a week!
"I believe everyone can learn enjoyably"
Learning shouldn't be hard, which is only made so by bad learning habits and harmful prejudices. Wherever she goes, she inspires people to learn, to develop, and enjoy the process as they are doing so.
Accelerated learning
In any teams/industries, she believes asking the right questions are vital. Either leveraging cutting-edge generative AI or the layered knowledge and experience of her senior colleagues, she absorbs like nothing else, with joy!
Optimisation, not 'shiny-object syndrome'
She helps you realise and sweat your assets to yield you maximum outcomes. Whether it is your reputation, knowledge, or innovative ways of working, they will be 100x times more valuable with Thi as a team member.
"Keep the interesting bits for us humans"
Despite strong passion in automation, she believes in keeping the vital (and fun) strategic decision-making for people. It's the technology that makes our jobs more mesmerising, not taking them away.
What people say about working with me
I've been fortunate to collaborate with a diverse group of inspiring people: entrepreneurs, artists, teachers, and business owners, who placed their trust in me to bring their ideas to life. Each project has been more than just a task; it's been an opportunity to listen, learn, and build something meaningful together. From shaping their workflows and telling their stories, to solving tough problems with clarity and care, these moments have shaped me as much as the work itself. Here's what some of them have shared about their experience working alongside me.

Three principles that guide everything I do
Keep the fun parts for humans
AI can do the boring stuff — data entry, repetitive tasks, routine processes. I automate these so you can focus on the interesting work: strategy, creativity, building relationships, and making decisions that matter. Technology should amplify human potential, not replace it.
Get things done
Less bureaucracy, more action. I believe in simple, direct solutions that actually work. No endless meetings, no complicated processes, no pointless documentation. We talk, we plan, we build, we ship. The goal is progress, not perfection on day one.
Sustainable systems
I'm not interested in quick fixes or get‑rich‑quick schemes. I build systems that constantly create value for society — solutions that keep working, keep improving, and keep benefiting people long after the initial project ends. Sustainability over shortcuts, always.
